Opredeleny parametry k izlucheniyu mnogotselevoy moshchnoy kosmicheskoy lazernoy ustanovki (MKLU) dlya resheniya etikh zadach. Sozdany fizicheskie i raschetno-teoreticheskie modeli osnovnykh sostavnykh chastey MKLU na osnove avtonomnykh HF(DF)-NKhL, ne trebuyushchikh dlya svoego funktsionirovaniya moshchnykh istochnikov elektricheskoy energii. Razrabotana obshchaya komponovochnaya skhema KA s MKLU na bortu (obshchaya massa 19700 kg). Pokazano, chto takoy KA mozhet byt' razmeshchen pod standartnym obtekatelem rakety-nositelya Proton-M, chto pozvolyaet vyvesti ego na zadannuyu orbitu vysotoy 350 km.
