The monograph in subject (consisting of an introduction, eight chapters and a conclusion) analyzes the issue of the crime of non-alimony in Polish law, both historically and in terms of the current solutions.
The present work is an updated and supplemented version of the dissertation defended at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw on October 26, 2021. On the basis of the above dissertation and after passing the required examinations - the Council of Discipline awarded the author (by Resolution No. 31/2021/2022 of December 21, 2021) the degree of Doctor of Laws.
