Ce m moire contient une tude d taill e des actions entreprises pour int grer quatre machines de "transfert" sur deux nouveaux sites. Les principales actions men es sont: l'adaptation du plan de maintenance pr ventive, la cr ation d'un outil d'aide au diagnostic et de suivi de performance, le renouvellement de la politique de gestion des pi ces de rechange, la r alisation d'une tude scientifique sur l'op ration de brossage et le d pannage ( distance) au quotidien des quipements. This report contains a detailed study of the actions undertaken to integrate four machines "transfer" on two new sites. The main actions are: the adaptation of preventive maintenance plan, the creation of a tool for the diagnosis and monitoring of performance, the renewal of the political management of spare parts, a study scientific of the brushing treatment and troubleshooting (remote) equipments on a daily basis.
